Cancellations before January 1, 2027 receive a full refund minus a $200 per person cancellation fee (applicable to a future re-booking). Cancellations after January 1, 2027 forfeit the amount paid. Reservations made after January 1, 2027 are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled for any reason, all guests receive a full refund.
